Here is fresh and easy recipe to use with my new Miso and Black Garlic dressing.
4 oz of cooked udon noodles
2 oz of cooked shitake mushrooms
1 cup of shredded red cabbage
1 cup of shredded green cabbage
1/4 cup of grated carrots
1/2 of red bell pepper julienned
1/3 cup of mint leaves
1/4 cup of cilantro leaves
1/4 cup of basil leaves
3 tbsp of chopped green onions
1 tsp of black sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
4 Tbsp of Judd's All Natural Miso and Black garlic dressing
In a bowl mix noodles, cabbages, carrots, bell pepper, mint, cilantro, and basil. Season with salt and pour in dressing. Mix well adjust seasoning if needed, finish this dish with sesame seeds and green onion.
