Traveling Chef

Need a chef for your vacation or second home? Need a chef for your yacht or private plane? Want to entertain corporate clients with special dinners? Available for short-term contracts for special needs and events, willing to travel to any location schedule permitting. I will do research on each destinations and contact local markets and farmers to use local ingredients so you can enjoy your time with family, friends, or clients.

What's Hot!

For the last few years I've been very busy with my full time position with John Paul and Eloise Dejoria but I have been working on new recipes and techniques trying to continue the journey of being a well rounded chef. I'm expoloring the option of a blog in the near future and hopefully will have a cookbook near the end of the year. In the cookbook I will be concentrating on a lot of different recipes from beginner to advanced showing versatility and showing special meals for certain guests. I will look from there to see if I can continue to branch out and do different things. I want to brand myself and see if other oportunites can come to surface. I hope to get back into the public eye a little more often, more news soon to come.
